Service Notification

Dear Valued Clients,

As we deal with the reality of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the health and safety of SC Labs employees, clients, and partners remain our top priority and concern.

At this time, we do not anticipate lab closures in California or Oregon. For California operations, the Santa Cruz County Cannabis Licensing Office and County Health Services Agency have defined essential businesses1,2 and services may remain open during a Shelter in Place Order.3 SC Labs feels that it is important to continue providing testing to the cannabis industry in order for distributors to supply dispensaries with products that for many consumers are essential to their health and wellbeing.

For now, we are proactively working to minimize the impact on your business and have already instituted policies to protect our employees’ safety and wellness as they continue to serve you. SC Labs will review and update these policies as conditions change or evolve.

As of now, we expect

  • Santa Cruz, CA laboratory to remain open and operational
  • Tigard, OR laboratory to remain open and operational
  • Effective immediately, all field offices have been closed

As part of our standard business continuity practice, our team is trained and prepared to provide a high level of support whether they are working in the office or from home. SC Labs will continue taking appropriate measures to help ensure your business operations are well-protected. We are proud to be working with you and we are focused on supporting your business through these unprecedented times.

For more information, please contact your dedicated SC Labs representative at (866) 435-0709.

Sincerely,
SC Labs
